 November, 2011 - We are planning on how to best renovate the rear apartment at 70 Waterloo St. Removal of water damaged plaster has been started since having a new roof installed. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 level apartment and we are excited to see it completed!
 September, 2011 - All exterior shingles have been removed @ 24-26 Charles St. to expose the origional cedar siding. Some repairs are in progress and we have chosen the paint colors! Next we will install new windows and door; and a new roof!

July, 2011- The Big Clean-out! We have emptied all the debris from 24-26 Charles St. Also, we have removed the old shingles. 
February, 2011 - 176 King St E is reconginized by the City of Saint John! We received a Heritage Award for Facade Resoration; as well as, CM Woodcraft. 
February, 2011 - Work has begun renovating a 2 bedroom apartment on Carmarthen St. This apartment is large and includes a livingroom, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Also, there is a large storage room which accomadates the dryer. 
February, 2011 - 176 King St E is completed and fully rented. All renovations are completed. 
January, 2011 - Over the past couple months, we've pulled together the final apartment in the building. 
December, 2010 - Apartment 3 required some minor touchups. 
November, 2010 - Apartment 4 has been completed and rented! 
July, 2010 - Noticeable progress! All new heritage brackets have been installed and all woodwork has been restored. Now comes the time consuming task of scrapping, priming and painting the front façade. 
July, 2010 - Plenty of work completed out back, lots more to go in front! 
May, 2010 - Renovations continue at 176 King St E. Vinyl siding is removed to reveal original woodwork. 
April, 2010 - Renovations have begun on the front facade of 176 King St E, Saint John, NB
